Time spent documenting
is not time spent with your clients.
Quarterly reporting, onboarding files, statements from three custodian banks, regulatory documentation. Arkneys agents take on the administrative and document load — never the investment decision, which remains entirely yours.
The context: a fixed regulatory load on small firms
As at 31 May 2025, 1,309 independent asset managers were licensed by FINMA, managing some CHF 850 billion between them. Geneva accounts for 26% of these firms, Zurich 29%. The move to FinIA licensing left its mark: around 650 managers never filed an application at all, and more than 40% of filed applications required at least five rounds of amendments. The compliance load is now largely fixed — yet it falls on firms that often have between one and five staff. That is an efficiency equation, not a growth one.

Six modules, activated as you need them
Client reporting preparation
Assembles the factual elements of the quarterly report — performance, movements, allocation — and prepares a first draft of the commentary. You review, correct and sign.
Onboarding and KYC files
Structures document collection, checks file completeness, chases what is missing and flags inconsistencies. The acceptance decision stays human.
Multi-custodian document processing
Extracts and normalises data from statements issued by several custodian banks, in different formats, with no manual re-entry.
FinIA / FinSA regulatory monitoring
Tracks FINMA and supervisory-body publications and flags what actually concerns your firm — with the source.
Client meeting preparation (option)
Produces a file summary before each meeting: history of exchanges, open points, deadlines, documents to be signed.
Audit trail and document archiving (option)
Files and makes searchable the client's document history, so that retrieving an item during an inspection takes a minute rather than a morning.
Professional secrecy: Swiss hosting, no US transit
Your clients' data does not leave Switzerland. Exclusively Swiss hosting (Infomaniak, Geneva), encryption at rest and in transit, no data passed to a third-party training model, a DPA compliant with the revised Swiss FADP and the GDPR signed before any project starts, a processing register and full access logging. The setup is designed to be presentable to your supervisory body, not explained after the fact.
Frequently asked questions
Do your agents make investment decisions?
No, and that is a deliberate boundary. Arkneys automates no investment decision, no recommendation, no financial advice. The scope is strictly administrative and documentary: preparation, structuring, search, follow-up. The decision and the responsibility remain entirely yours.
How does the setup sit with FinSA and FinIA?
The agent produces, the human validates and signs. It replaces no control function, substitutes for no suitability or documentation obligation, and every action is logged. The setup is documented so that it can be presented to your supervisory body.
Does our client data stay in Switzerland?
Yes. Hosting is exclusively Swiss (Infomaniak, Geneva) and no data transits through the United States. A DPA compliant with the revised Swiss FADP and the GDPR is signed before any project starts, and your data is never used to train a third-party model.
How long before it is operational?
Around four weeks: a three-day audit, scoping of processes and validation rules, deployment with systematic human review, then follow-up with a quantified report (administrative time recovered, files processed, reporting production times).
