The marketing website arkneysagency.ch is hosted and served by Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA) through a global content delivery network. This site is purely informational: no client data is processed on it.

Data processed within the AI agents deployed for our clients is hosted exclusively in Switzerland with Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva), in line with our sovereignty commitments. Details are set out in the DPA signed before each mandate.

3. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logo, code, structure) is the property of Arkneys Agency unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.
